Riverside Acceleration Capital is pleased to announce our lead role in Keona Health‘s most recent equity financing round. Keona offers a healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to optimize patient experiences and streamline access to services.

For healthcare organizations, managing the patient journey can be full of complexities. Additionally, the platform can offer easier direct access for patients looking to book their own appointments, working around complicated provider requirements and care-related timelines.

By slicing through many of the complexities of patient care and engagement, CareDesk enables staff to get up and running faster, cutting training times by as much as 70% and improving adherence to standards by 40%. For patients, this all means reduced hold times, streamlined access to health services, and more seamless communication with healthcare providers.

The Series A1 marks RAC’s latest investment in Keona Health, following our initial growth lending investment in 2020 and continued support thereafter. It’s been a privilege to witness the company’s growth and get to know the team over the years, and we can’t wait to see where they go from here. CareDesk directly addresses a real scalability issue facing the healthcare industry, and we believe this problem will only get greater as the industry continues to consolidate and hiring/training becomes more and more complicated.
